Website Translation Grant Aid : Open for Applications!

Grants of €975 on offer to part-fund the cost of professionally translating your website into 5 languages (Spanish, French, Polish, Chinese & Russian).

The Office of the Minister for Integration, in conjunction with the Social Inclusion Unit of Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council, is making available grant funding to enable public and private sector organisations in Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County to translate their web site into five languages. The scheme is being administered by DLRCEB.

Funding is Strictly Limited.  Less than 5 grants remaining (as of 1 Oct)!

Translate Your Website & Reach a Wider Audience

The grant, worth €975, can help you market your business to non-english speaking site visitors and to win a share of new markets. This call for applications is open to both publicly-funded service organisations and private sector businesses based in Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown County. The translation company will manage the entire translation process and will provide wach grant-aided business with a free 1 hour consultative meeting on the "Best Approach to Website Translation".
 

How the Website Translation Grant Works

Each approved Grant covers 75% of the cost of translating a maximum of 1,500 words of English text into the following five languages:- Polish, French, Chinese, Spanish and Russian. Successful applicants will be approved to incur web translation services worth a fixed value of €1,300. The work must be undertaken by a supplier appointed by DLRCEB. Each grant will cover €975 of this translation fee with the balance of €325 being paid by the approved business.

  2. All applicants will be informed of the outcome of their application by email and post.
     
  3. Grant Applicants approved after October 2010 must be in a position to drawdown down any approved amounts within 4 months of receiving their letter of offer.
