Office Units are available on a licence basis.

Phase II units vary in size from 316 to 786 sq ft. The licence fee is based on the unit size 
and there are supplementary charges for service, rates & VAT.

Licencees are required to insure their units and to cover their own lighting, heating and communication charges.
