Training Course Booking: Terms & Conditions
Please read the course information carefully, ensuring that you are satisfied with the venue, fee and suitability of content prior to booking.
Payment Policy
- A partipant’s place is secured on payment of the course fee only. We accept payment by cash, cheque & online credit card booking (via www.dlrceb.ie)
- We reserve the right to refuse admission to a course if payment has not been received prior to the course start date.
Cancellations Policy
- In the event that we cancel a course for any reason, participants will be notified prior to the course start date and refunded in full.
- All cancellation requests should be made to our office. The following conditions apply to course cancellations:
* For cancellations that are made with less than 3 full working days notice of the course start date or in cases where we do not receive any notice of cancellation, the full course fee will apply.
Participant Substitution
- The substitution of a participant can be made at any time without penalty.
