Our Board has in place a panel of trusted mentors for such occasions.
These mentors have helped hundreds of small enterprise owner/managers to think strategically on issues relating to Financial Planning, Marketing, Sales, Managing People and Developing Export Markets.
Our Mentors will not become actively involved in the day-to-day running of a business. Their role is to give you the benefit of their business experience, together with an objective view of the issues you are facing. Confidentiality is always assured.
Mentoring Fee
While the engagement is heavily subsized by DLR CEB, there is a fee of €25 per hour..
This fee applies to all applications received by our Board from 1st October 2012.
How to Apply
1. Simply download and complet our Application Form. Describe your business and the type of support you are seeking.
2. Return by post or email to info@dlrceb.ie. We will then match you up with a suitable mentor.
